Experience – All of our agents have at least 15 years of reservation experience.  This ensures that your travel arrangements will be made quickly and accurately; if a cost saving option exists they know how to offer it.

Travel Policy Enforcement – Our agents will act as your frontline to help you enforce your corporate travel management policy. They will offer the least cost “reasonable” itinerary and contact your internal travel liaison for approval if a deviation is requested. This will help you be proactive about policy enforcement instead of having to discipline nonconforming employees after the fact.

Traveler Profiles – We will build profiles for frequent travelers that contain all their travel preferences and preferred service providers. Their profile will include the account numbers to air, car and hotel loyalty programs, seating preferences, and billing information. This saves time, helps ensure that the traveler’s preferences are met, and reduces the chance of errors.

After Hours Service – We offer international toll free access to an emergency service call center after hours so travelers are never out of touch with an agent and can make changes to their itinerary when it’s convenient for them.

Negotiated Rates – We are affiliated with several consortiums that offer “preferred” corporate rates on hotels and rental cars, and have extensive experience negotiating with suppliers.  We proactively search for cost reducing alternatives to help manage our customer’s travel costs.

Ticket Recycling – We maintain an inventory of your unused tickets so we can apply their value to offset the cost of future travel and help minimize expense.

Customer Advocate – We demand exceptional service from our vendors and act as your advocate if they don’t perform.  Our “trip experience report” gives you a platform for these communications.

Planning – We can also manage your meetings, incentive programs, and conferences.  This reduces the time your employees spend planning these types of events, and allows them to focus on content instead of minutia.  The end result is a higher impact program and a more memorable experience for the participants.
